Birger Midtlid

Birger has 19 years of experience as a consultant in data & analytics.

Birger has experience from numerous projects in analytics and reporting, data warehousing and big data. He has worked on large implementation projects at several of Norway’s largest companies and has gained extensive experience in information architecture, enterprise architecture and implementation of analytics platforms. He has held roles as project manager, solution architect and developer, with responsibility for project governance, data modelling, source analysis, data integration, report development and testing.

As a project manager and architect, Birger has the ability to quickly understand business challenges and the technical insight to facilitate cross-functional teams working with agile development. He can outline solution components that fit into a holistic architecture, with clear scope and clear business value that makes agile methods effective.

Birger holds a Master of Business Administration from NHH Norwegian School of Economics, specialising in management accounting and finance, and has previously worked with Information Management at PwC and Accenture. He has broad experience as a solution architect, business advisor and project manager in a range of larger organisations.
