SeniorrådgiverMagne Bakkeli is co-founder and senior advisor at Glitni, a Norwegian consultancy specialising in data platforms and data engineering.
He has over 25 years of experience as an advisor, solution architect and project manager in data and analytics. From 2009 to 2021 he led the Data & Analytics team at PwC Consulting - responsible for sales, recruitment, professional development and quality assurance of deliveries. Before that he held advisory and architect roles at EY, BearingPoint, SAS Institute and Manamind/InfoStream.
Magne has led and designed data platform projects and led data engineering-teams across energy, oil and gas, FMCG, finance, media and ICT - in roles as project manager, solution architect and technical lead. He works equally well with executive leadership and engineering teams.
He is particularly focused on data governance, data products and modern data platform architecture - and on how organisations extract value from data, not just build infrastructure.
